Q:  Why do you charge your photo shoot by minute rather than one lump price?

A:  The old adage of "time is money" definitely applies here. The time we list is the time it usually takes to photograph a home of that size 99% of the time.  Occasionally the job can get sidetracked if the home is not
      photo-ready. (i.e. home is not clean & decluttered, cleaning staff is still there, animals are not contained...)
