Architecture, Landscape or Real Estate Photos:

                                    Prices are based on mileage and size of the property.

 

 

• Normal Properties from 500 - 2,500 sq. ft. area:  $65 for up to 45 minutes  – based on  
        a still photo shoot, within 40 miles round trip from our studio.

 

• Larger Properties from 2,500 - 4,500 sq. ft. area;  $75 for up to 60 minutes  – based on  
        a still photo shoot, within 40 miles round trip from our studio.

 

• Extra Large Properties from 4,500 sq. ft. area - ??  ;  Beginning at $75 for 60 minutes then additional
        $1.25 per minute – based on a still photo shoot, within 40 miles round trip from our studio.

 

 

 

Possible Additional Costs:

 

•        TRAVEL FEE:  Over 40 miles round trip from our studio, add 70 cents a mile.
         Our studio is located at 11137 Bear Hollow Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46229.

•        NOT PREPARED: If the property is unprepared, unclean or not in photo-ready condition,

              cost may be added if the photographer has to wait while the property is made photo-

              ready.

•       WEEKEND FEE / AFTER HOURS:  If weekend / after hours hours are requested, a $30

              fee will be added.

•        EXTENSIVE RETOUCH EDITING:  $1 per minute or ask photographer for details.

•        CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please

              give at least 4 hours notice.  If cancellation comes in less than 4 hours, a $45 Cancellation

              Fee will be charged.

Rush Fee:  If you need expedite - same-day service,  a fee of $25 will be charged.  This will need to be scheduled in advance with your photographer.
